1.1. Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is your complete satisfaction as a customer. Due to the fact that our products are for cosmetic use and are made by hand, their return will only be accepted in case of deterioration of the product upon arrival at its destination.
To proceed with the return of an item purchased at the online store, you must send an email to email@example.com no later than 3 business days from receipt of the product, explaining the reason for the return and a photo of the damage .
Items must be returned in their original condition, along with the accessories purchased during a special package or promotion and cannot be used, washed or damaged. They must keep their original labels, complete the original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order. Important note: we will only be responsible for the item once it has arrived at our office. During this time it is the sole responsibility of the client. We recommend that you send the item by courier or certified mail and keep proof of your shipment. The shipping cost is 100% borne by the buyer / customer. Mitys will not be responsible for the delivery of the returned items or their cost.
Once the products are received, Mitys will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase in case of return.
The deadline for reimbursement can range from 3 to 12 working days from the moment the return is received at the Mitys Cosmetics stores. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed via email.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal of the order, the maximum term for the return of the amount paid by the consumer for the products will be 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.
Payment of returned items will always be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.
In the event that Mitys has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, Mitys, once the error or defect has been verified, will pay the amount of the returned item and the shipping costs. In the case that an order with an error or defect is returned by ordinary postal mail, Mitys will make the payment corresponding to the return transport as long as the customer includes in the package the proof of the return costs. Transportation reimbursement will be made after the items.
To make the payment of orders paid by bank transfer, the customer must indicate to Mitys an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be paid. The IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.

Mitys is responsible for any defective product in accordance with Law 23/2003 of July 10, on Guarantees in the Sale of Consumer Goods, which recognizes the consumer’s rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or return.
