1.2. Purchase procedure

1. The items you wish to purchase must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon.

2. The shopping bag will contain the reference of the selected item, its NAME and price, in the corresponding currency (taxes included). The expressed price does not contain the transport included.

Once the purchase order is completed, and before confirming it, a summary of the order will be presented to the user identifying the item purchased, its total price (transport and taxes included) with each of the items broken down, and shipping data of the order, so that the user confirms the same by clicking on the button with the expression ‘Confirm payment’.

In accordance with the Value Added Tax Law, Mitys Cosmetics is obliged to pass on this tax, at the rate in force at all times, to all products delivered in Spain, except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

In the deliveries made in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the corresponding taxes and arbitrations will be applied in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.

Mitys Cosmetics will only accept payments made through PayPal and Card Payment through Redsys system.

Returns & Exchanges

1.1. Returns & Exchanges

Our goal is your complete satisfaction as a customer. Due to the fact that our products are for cosmetic use and are made by hand, their return will only be accepted in case of deterioration of the product upon arrival at its destination.

To proceed with the return of an item purchased at the online store, you must send an email to info@mityscosmetics.com no later than 3 business days from receipt of the product, explaining the reason for the return and a photo of the damage .

Items must be returned in their original condition, along with the accessories purchased during a special package or promotion and cannot be used, washed or damaged. They must keep their original labels, complete the original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order. Important note: we will only be responsible for the item once it has arrived at our office. During this time it is the sole responsibility of the client. We recommend that you send the item by courier or certified mail and keep proof of your shipment. The shipping cost is 100% borne by the buyer / customer. Mitys Cosmetics will not be responsible for the delivery of returned items or their cost.

1.3. Refunds

Once the products are received, Mitys Cosmetics will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to refund the amount in the same payment method used in the purchase in case of return.

The deadline for reimbursement can range from 3 to 12 working days from the moment the return is received at the Mitys Cosmetics stores. Once the status of the returned items has been verified, the customer will be informed via email.

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal of the order, the maximum term for the return of the amount paid by the consumer for the products will be 14 calendar days from the withdrawal.

Payment of returned items will always be made in the same form of payment used in the purchase.

In the event that Mitys Cosmetics has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, Mitys Cosmetics, once the error or defect has been verified, will pay the amount of the returned item and the expenses of Shipping. In the event that an order with error or tare is returned by regular postal mail, Mitys Cosmetics will make the payment corresponding to the return transport as long as the customer includes in the package the proof of the return costs. Transportation reimbursement will be made after the items.

To make the payment of orders paid by bank transfer, the customer must indicate to Mitys Cosmetics an IBAN code so that the corresponding amount can be paid. The IBAN code must belong to a bank in the country to which the order is sent.

Orders are prepared at the time the payment is confirmed and at the following times:

  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays in Spain.

Products ordered in the MITYS COSMETICS online store are sent by express courier.
